TEI Group awarded contract with TG Nickel & Associates to install 4 overhead gearless traction elevators and 2 hydraulic elevators at this exclusive 32 story Bryant Park Hotel and apartment building.

British architect David Chipperfield is the design architect, the man behind the facade. Yes, the one responsible for the Met's next renovation and other high-profile projects worldwide. This is a 32-story structure, with a 230-room boutique hotel on the first 14 floors and 57 apartments on the floors above.
