Great news! TEI Group has been awarded a new modernization project at 380 Second Avenue in midtown Manhattan.
The project consists of modernizing 4 elevators (two basement auto passenger rear 1 and 2 and two basement auto passenger front A and b) in this 10-floor building, which contains a prestigious tenant roster and is local to Madison Square Park.
We look forward to successfully executing this modernization project.
