My Role at TEI:
I am a Maintenance Manager for TEI, one of the company's
largest service areas. I ensure all client calls are responded to expediently
and that preventative maintenance of customers' equipment is completed on time
and in conformance with all company standards. I oversee the field safety
audits of Mechanics and Apprentices working in my group, monitor compliance
with all company standard work practices, and ensure that field personnel work
in a safe and productive manner. I manage repair requests as well as the
parts' requisition and distribution process in my department. I also oversee
the resolution of any elevator deficiencies uncovered during any of the
Department of Buildings inspection programs including: PVT / ECB violations or
Category Test deficiencies.
